The ranch is stocked with many premium varieties of white-tailed deer, aoudad, axis deer, blackbuck antelope, elk, fallow deer, Iranian red sheep, red stag and scimitar horned Oryx.

Facility does have a tier 1 status with the TPWD.
All breeding deer have been released on property.
The deer breeding facilities are located in the center of the ranch. A 24×50 barn with deer handling facilities which include dark rooms, a squeeze chute and a working area is also, located in middle of breeding facility. There are 10-1/2 acre breeding pens, 4-1.25 acre fawning pens and a 5 acre soft release pen that all feed into the working facility by way of a large alley.
There are 5 water wells on the property. The well that supply water to the lodge along with the well that supplies breeding facility/barn are both equipped with electric submersible pumps. 2 windmills are operating on ranch. The 5th well is not currently being used. Additionally, there are 6 earthen tanks located throughout the ranch including a chain of tanks in the bottom of the canyon. Machae creek is seasonal but has been flowing through the ranch for the last 8 months.
4 food plots have been cleared and continue to be planted to ensure lots of grazing for the animals on the ranch. Total acreage for the 4 plots is approximately 40 acres.
